About JFTM

JFTM, LLC offers personal training, fitness classes, and fitness workshops.
We are committed to designing fitness programs that fit you: your goals, your learning style, your schedule, your lifestyle. Our satisfaction derives from your achieving your fitness goals.
Here are some examples of goals we've helped clients reach:
  • Improve performance in sports (rowing, golf, squash, tennis, running, skiing, swimming, hiking, cycling)
  • Get up and down from floor to play with the grandkids
  • Improve balance to prevent falls
  • Rebuild strength after illness or injury (after being cleared by MD and discharged from PT)
  • Strengthen muscles to reduce joint and back pain
  • Improve stamina and strength for vacation so as not to be left behind while companions hike and tour
  • Rebuild strength after joint replacement surgery (after discharged from PT)
  • Replace body fat with muscle mass
  • Lift and carry pet goats
  • Improve physique (body shaping, firming up arms for sleeveless tops)

Private Training

Private fitness training sessions in the privacy and convenience of your home or office are available.
Service area: Acton, Boxborough, Carlisle, Concord, Littleton, Maynard, parts of Westford and Chelmsford.

Classes

Group fitness classes are now being offered in Littleton MA. All classes require pre-registration and payment before the first class. Click here for class descriptions and  here to register online.

Workshops

We offer unique, one-time, 90-minute workshops on strength training designed to meet the specific needs of recreational athletes (hikers), sports enthusiasts (golfers), hobbyists (gardeners), and regular folks facing extraordinary physical demands (care givers).
